Set Away Password

Away Password works similar with screensaver. However, screensaver is active while you leave your computer for a period of time. Away Password is active when you minimize x Chat main window.

Set Password

  1. Click Tool - Security.
  2. Click Set/Clear Password.
  3. Enter new password in the two text boxes and press OK.
  4. Press OK again.

Activate the Away Password

  1. Minimize x Chat.

Restore x Chat Main Window

  1. Double x Chat system tray icon.
  2. Enter the password and click OK.
